Our boxes for the safe and impact-proof shipment of classically shaped bottles are quick and easy to assemble. Each inner element in which the products to be transported will be placed has specific illustrations to explain the necessary steps for easy assembly.
Assembly involves just a few steps that start with the assembly of the inner parts, which take their final shape by folding the cardboard towards the slots. To obtain the protective layer in which the bottles will be placed, it is important to insert the closing tabs into the slot and fold the safety tabs inwards.
At this point, you can slide this structure into the outer box, place all the bottles inside the protected spaces obtained and, finally, close the protective tabs at the end towards the inside of the packaging.
The last step is to seal the outer box with tape and prepare it for shipment.
