ON THE INTERNET
Fill in the request, open the shopping basket, add the purchased items, enter the delivery data and wait for confirmation.

PAYPAL
You can pay directly using your PayPal account.

BANK TRANSFER
After confirming your order, we will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment by bank transfer.

DIRECT DEBIT FROM A BANK ACCOUNT
Following a financial study we will debit your bank account.

CREDIT CARD
You can pay using the most common credit cards, such as Visa, Paypal Card, PostePay, Master Card, American Express.

URGENT TRASPORT
In cases of urgency, you can request rapid shipment to receive your order at the address indicated in 48/72 hours.

COLLECTION AT OUR WAREHOUSES
You can collect your purchases, by appointment, directly from our warehouses at Via Einaudi 8, 20037 Paderno Dugnano, Milan (Italy), open from Monday to Friday, from 9 am until 1 pm and from 3 pm until 6 pm.

MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR RETURNING
Yes, the maximum period for returning products is 20 days, starting from the date of receipt at the address you indicate. MAKA srl will accept the return of products in perfect condition, in their original packaging (if any), unused and with all their accessories along with the delivery note or corresponding attached invoice.
The customer must contact MAKA srl by phone or email, giving notice of the return.  The products must be returned to MAKA srl’s facilities with carriage paid by the customer.  Exceptions are made for errors attributable to our company.  After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will contact the customer to confirm that all requirements have been met in order to proceed with the refund of the amount or the purchase of new products. No refunds will be made for customised packaging, except in the case of errors attributable to our company.

COMPLIANCE
Yes, all our packaging is produced with the “Food safe packaging” marking in accordance with HEALTH REGISTER No. 39.03801/B.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Yes, all the packaging we manufacture is environmentally friendly and is produced from recycled and recyclable materials.

PRIVACY POLICY
Yes, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Act no. 15 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, MAKA srl is the guarantor of the personal data processed, which will be protected and stored in MAKA srl’s archives, in order to maintain a business/commercial relationship between the two parties. Alternatively, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your data by sending a request by land mail to Via settembrini 29 – 20124 Milan (MI).
